Design investigation and front-end development for ActiveData and their primary calendar and event planning software, ActiveCalendar. Designs stayed within the spirit of the software branding vocabulary, which was in turn within the visual language of the primary company. Design sensibilities warranted a clean light feeling presentation with the corporate colors of blue and orange acting as accent colors. Icons were developed for the ‘Features’ section. The homepage made use of the parallax feature used commonly in site designs and allowed important keywords to exist on this opening page. Also included was a customer section recording active client participation with their software and frequency of use. Homepage layout was used as basis for internal pages and designs were developed alongside iPad and smartphone usage. All designs included front-end development and responsiveness.
